Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

  • 6 cl Mantha Spritz
  • 9 cl Prosecco
  • A splash of sparkling water (2–3 cl)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 orange slice

Preparation

  1. Fill a large balloon glass or wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 9 cl of Prosecco.
  3. Add 6 cl of Mantha Spritz.
  4. Top with a splash of sparkling water.
  5. Stir gently from bottom to top to preserve the bubbles.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice.
