When you participate in one of our events, you may be photographed or videotaped, for example, when you use a photo booth. We may also use demographic information about users of our digital media that we may obtain from third parties, such as Google or the social media platforms you use ("Usage Information"). Usage Information may include the pages you have viewed, the time you viewed them, what beverage-related information or other content you accessed or provided, in what language, as well as demographic information about you (such as your age, gender, and areas of interest, when available), and which pages you viewed before viewing the current page, etc.

When we jointly manage or co-sponsor a program or promotion on our social media or with another company, organization, or third party, as part of that event, we may collect your personal information from our partner or promoter, subject to your consent when required.

2. How and why do we use tracking technologies?

Mantha Collection employs tracking technologies such as cookies, IP addresses, or log files. These tracking technologies allow us to tailor our digital media to your individual needs.

3. For what purposes do we use your personal information and on what legal basis?

Fulfill your service request or to perform a contract: When you register or subscribe to our social media (mobile app, websites, social media, etc.) or in person, your personal information is used to provide you with the relevant functions and services to which you subscribe, as well as the benefits and privileges typically associated with your registration (e.g., receiving the communications you selected at registration, event invitations, participation in a sweepstake, etc.). Because it is also in the legitimate interest of Mantha Collection to better serve you: From time to time, we may combine, update, or otherwise enhance the personal information we collect directly with data we receive from external records or third parties, subject to your consent, where applicable, for those third parties to disclose this personal information to us. For example, we may combine strictly demographic information or survey data (e.g., age, gender, household information, and other interests, etc.), not related to personal information about you, with personal information collected during our offerings (such as account registration).

We may use the above-mentioned information and/or demographic information for our internal business and demographic studies and to continuously improve, personalize, and individualize the products and services we offer you to better meet your needs. Some of the tools we use may involve automated individual decision-making, subject to applicable laws.

Feedback, questions, or comments via our "Contact Us" form or our compliance reporting system "Tell Us": If you contact us using an online form or a phone line, your personal information enables us to respond and follow up on your request for information, feedback, or comments, including improving our services or products or resolving compliance issues.

4. What happens if you do not wish to provide your personal information?

If you choose not to provide the personal information requested, this may prevent you from participating in certain activities and personalized features for which this personal information may be necessary, or your access to digital media services and special offers may be limited accordingly. For example, if you refuse to provide your email address, you will not be able to receive our newsletters or register for our digital media where this information is necessary. However, for simply browsing our digital media and learning about Mantha Collection and our products, you do not need to provide us with your personal information. Nevertheless, we will always inform you of the personal information necessary to benefit from a service.

5. To whom do we disclose your personal information and why?

Within Mantha Collection: Mantha Collection may share your personal information for the purposes mentioned in section 3 within Mantha Collection.

With third parties: Mantha Collection may also share your personal information with third parties, but only in the following circumstances:

• For business purposes, if you have given us your consent. For technical support purposes: we may use service providers, agents, or contractors to assist us in the internal operations of our digital media and to administer them, or for various functions, promotions, and programs available on social media. Your personal information may also be transferred between different Mantha Collection companies located in different countries. Our primary service providers for the operation of our digital media are located in Quebec. The transfer of personal information to these service providers is carried out in accordance with applicable laws. Typically, these service providers are also bound by a contract that ensures an adequate standard of privacy protection and requires (among other provisions) that they only act on the instructions of Mantha Collection and continuously implement all necessary measures to ensure the security of your personal information.

7. How long do we keep your personal information?

We will store your personal information in our databases for as long as your account is active, for the duration of the contract you have entered into with us, or as long as necessary to provide you with the services you have requested, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, or offer improved and new services. We may also retain your personal information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, or as permitted by applicable law.

8. Privacy Policy

The web server of this site only collects and logs default information commonly recorded in the server's log file. This includes the domain name that gives you access to the Internet, the date and time of your entry into the site, the Internet address of the website from which you directly accessed this site, and the user's age, if necessary to determine if the user is of legal drinking age. This information is only used to assess the number of people visiting different sections of the site, to determine whether users are of legal drinking age or not, and to enable us to provide a better website to users.

9. How We Secure Your Personal Information

Mantha Collection takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information collected from this website and/or our applications, including sensitive personal information. We will take reasonable steps to inform other Mantha Collection entities of this deletion.
