Ingredients

  • 50 ml raspberry–blackberry gin
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 60 ml sparkling water or club soda
  • Garnish: blackberries + lemon slice

Preparation

  1. Shake gin, lemon, and syrup
  2. Pour over ice
  3. Top with sparkling water
  4. Stir gently, and garnish
