Blueberry Lemonade Royale

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Blueberry Lemonade Spirit
  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur (triple sec)
  • 1 oz blueberry purée
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • Champagne or dry sparkling wine
  • Lemon zest + blueberry skewer (garnish)

Preparation

  1. In a shaker, combine the spirit, orange liqueur, blueberry purée, and lemon juice.
  2. Shake with ice and strain into a flute.
  3. Top with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with lemon zest and a blueberry skewer.
