Boreal Blueberry Collins

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Blueberry Lemonade Spirit
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 4–5 mint leaves
  • 2 dashes lemon bitters
  • Sparkling water
  • Fresh blueberries & mint sprig (garnish)

Preparation

  1. Lightly muddle the mint with the honey syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add the spirit, lemon juice, bitters, and ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water and garnish with blueberries and mint.
