Ingredients

  • 40 ml raspberry–blackberry gin
  • 20 ml blackcurrant liqueur or blackberry liqueur
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml simple syrup
  • 60 ml sparkling wine (champagne or rosé sparkling recommended)
  • Garnish: fresh raspberries

Preparation

  1. Shake gin, lemon, and syrup.
  2. Pour over ice, add the liqueur, then gently top with sparkling wine.
  3. Garnish with raspberries.
