Caramel salé vanillé

Salted vanilla caramel

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz of Mantha caramel liqueur
  • 1.5 oz of vanilla vodka
  • 2 oz of cream or whole milk
  • Liquid caramel (for the
    decoration)
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Place the glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
  2. Dip the rim of the glass in the caramel, then lightly in the salt (optional).
  3. Pour a light drizzle of caramel inside the glass while swirling it, then return the glass to the refrigerator.
  4. In a shaker filled with ice, add Mantha caramel liqueur, vanilla vodka and cream.
  5. Shake vigorously.
  6. Take the glass out of the freezer and strain the cocktail into it.
