Ingredients

  • 5 cl of salted caramel liqueur
  • 3 cl of clear apple juice
  • 1 cl of lemon juice
  • 6 cl of ginger beer
  • Ice cubes
  • Apple slice for garnish

Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add the liqueur, apple juice, and lemon juice.
  3. Stir gently and top with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with a thin apple slice.
