Dragon Blossom Spritz

Ingredients

  • 8 cl Mantha dragon fruit lemonade
  • 5 cl Prosecco
  • 2 cl elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices or edible flowers (optional)

Preparation

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in the elderflower liqueur, then the dragon fruit lemonade.
  3. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Top with Prosecco.
  5. Stir very gently to preserve the bubbles.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist or an edible flower for a true “blossom” effect.
