Ingredients

  • 10 cl dragon fruit lemonade (16%)
  • 4 cl white rum
  • 2 cl pineapple purée or juice
  • 1 cl lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • A dash of grenadine syrup for color
  • Garnish: pineapple leaf, raspberry, or a wedge of dragon fruit

Preparation

  1. Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add the rum, lime juice, and pineapple.
  3. Stir quickly.
  4. Top with the dragon fruit lemonade.
  5. For a stunning finish, add a dash of grenadine and let it sink to the bottom.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple leaf or a piece of dragon fruit.
