Peach burst

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz of Mantha XO whiskey
  • ¾ oz Mantha Triple Sec liqueur
  • The juice of half a lime
  • 4 pieces of peach
  • 2 oz of tonic water
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves

Preparation

1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.

2. Add the XO whiskey, orange liqueur, and lime juice.
peach pieces and about 5 mint leaves.

3. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds to thoroughly
release the aromas.

4. Strain and pour into a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

5. Gently top up with tonic water.

6. Garnish with a mint leaf.
