Whisky à l'érable fumé

Maple Smoke Sour

Ingredients

  • 60 ml of smoked maple whisky
  • 30 ml of fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml of maple syrup
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  • Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add the smoked maple whiskey, fresh lemon juice and maple syrup to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a whisky glass over cool ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon or maraschino cherry.
