Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Mantha Vodkalight
  • ¾ oz mint-chocolate cream liqueur (Artist in Residence)
  • ¾ oz Mantha Espresso
  • 2 oz chilled espresso
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 piece of chocolate
  • Grated chocolate
  • A few coffee beans
  • Ice
  • 1 shaker glass

Preparation

  1. Brew espresso and let it cool.
  2. Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for foam.
  4. Add ice and shake again.
  5. Strain into a martini or coupe glass.
  6. Garnish with mint, chocolate piece, grated chocolate, and coffee beans.
  7. Enjoy.
