Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Artist in Residence Distillery Cucumber Gin
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 oz ginger ale
  • Ice

Preparation

  1. Lightly muddle the mint in a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Pour in the gin and top with ginger ale.
  4. Stir gently.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Enjoy.
