Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz of Mantha dry gin
  • 3 oz of tonic
  • ½ cucumber, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 lime cut into quarters
  • 2 to 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • Ice

Preparation

1. Place a few pieces of cucumber and a lime wedge at the bottom of a highball glass.

2. Add a sprig of rosemary and crush lightly to release the aromas.

3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

4. Pour in the Mantha dry gin, then top up with tonic.

5. Stir gently.

6. Garnish with a slice of cucumber, a lime wedge and a sprig of rosemary.
