Lemon Basil Fizz

Ingredients

  • 5 cl lemon vodka
  • 2 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl simple syrup
  • 4–6 fresh basil leaves
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Gently muddle the basil leaves in a shaker.
  2. Add lemon vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup.
  3. Fill with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  5. Top with sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with basil and a lemon twist.
