Ingredients

  • 50 ml dragon fruit gin
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 15 ml raspberry syrup
  • Egg white (optional)

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients (dry shake first if using egg white), then shake with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
