Nordic Spritz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Mantha spritz liqueur
  • 2 oz of sparkling wine
  • 2 oz of tonic water or herb-flavored sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Sprig of rosemary and lemon slices
    (trim)

Preparation

  1. Fill a balloon glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Mantha spritz liqueur
  3. Add the sparkling wine.
  4. Top up with tonic water or herbal sparkling water
  5. Mix very gently.
  6. Lightly clap the sprig of grass between your hands and place it in the glass. Add the lemon slices as well.
