White Forest Martini

Ingredients

  • 2.25 oz Mantha Vodka
  • 0.75 oz dry white vermouth
  • 1 tsp spruce syrup or light maple syrup
  • Lemon zest
  • Juniper berry (optional garnish)

Preparation

  1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine vodka, vermouth, and syrup.
  2. Stir gently for about 20 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Express a lemon zest over the top and garnish with a juniper berry for a subtle forest aroma.
